I can't install the audio driver of my acer aspire 4715z laptop i'm using a windows xp O.S.

- have an acer aspire 4715z laptop. built-in speakers are ok but i couldnt use my headset. can barely hear a sound using my headset nor produce any sound using the headset mic. what kind of driver do i need to install?- ryangastone

I apologize, You may try going to the offical manufactor of your audio. From what it looks like when I visited your laptop's manufactors website http://www.acerpanam.com/flex/acer/bin/acer.html#app=2766&9e7c-selectedIndex=0&3386-selectedIndex=2&bca4-selectedIndex=1&bf37-selectedIndex=1&4f90-selectedIndex=1 it shows that your laptop does not have a audio driver install for your specific laptop running Windows XP. So I would please recommend you contact Acer over via phone the number for Acer is 1.800.816.2237. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
