Either the upper tension is loose or the lower tension is tight. Tighten the upper tension because it has numbers to refer to.

When you buy a computerized machine I have always though it is a gamble, you only have to look on this site to see how many people have problems and the biggest problem is getting a dealer that has the technical knowledge to repair it, I have been in the trade for 35 years and I would not touch any of them, your option is to either have it repaired or swap it in for a different make or model.
