Remove cover on the wheel, tighten the ball bearing idler. Should be 3 thumb screws to remove cover.

SOURCE: How do I adjust the deck level on a Husqvarna

Not sure if you are looking for the nuts and knobs or how to level? Most newer decks have knobs for adjuctments. I park my mower on a concrete level surface make sure all tires are at the correct psi then with tape measure check front left and right at bottom of deck for same measurment. You can also put a 2 ft level on the deck and adjust.

How do I adjust front wheel height?

Are we talking tractors or mowers here? If its a mower we are talking about there should be adjusters on each wheel. Possibly three holes that you bolt the wheels on. Each wheel should be in the same hole as each other wheel.

Self propell not working right

Leave aside all the puffery about 3-1 and such, you described a front wheel drive (pull) walk-behind (FWD), but are asking why the rear wheels won't propel. When you push down the hand grip the front wheels should spin free. Whan you lower from wheels by releasing pressure on hand grips, turning wheels lowered to ground should propel the mower along with its unpowered rear wheels now turning be ground contact. Reminder, never, ever lift rear drive wheels of any mower off the ground while walking behind with engine running:
  1. You could be struck by blade propelled object.
  2. You could pull mower and spinning blade backward onto your feet.
  3. You could lose balance and be pulled forward in a fall.
Contemporary FWD mowers are recognized by a black chain housing on deck top leading from engine to left front of deck. RWD propelling chains are situated underneath deck so cannot be seen from above.

Hydro mower wont move after changing filter

Raise unit off the ground and support it so its safe to drive in the air then start the tractor and cycle from forward to reverse this will bleed out any air without damaging the trans just keep in mind if the wheels don't turn after 15 seconds or so you might have other issues

Front wheels lock up when pull mower backwards

Typically self-propelled mowers are propelled using the front wheels, which only turn forward. Pulling the mower back while the front wheels are turning will damage the drive gears. It's best to raise the front wheels slightly off the ground before pulling back.

I have a walk behind mower. The drive belt broke and I replaced it and now it wont pull itself. The wheels still spin if I lift it up but when I set it down it wont go anywhere

you must have a belt tensioner somewhere. Have a look near your belt pully or a idler pully that has an adjustment screw where you can tighten your belt to give grip. It appears the weight of the mower is causing the belt to slip hence it no moving because your belt /belts are slipping

Check the front wheels. I have the same problem and one of the wheels is locked which keeps the mower pulled in that direction. I am trying to figure out how to get the wheel loose.
