SOURCE: Brady printer 2461 is receiving

If you are using die-cut and reflective media you have to perform a Positioning Calibration that sets the TOF and calculates the label length of the media. This process also calibrates the ribbon sensor on printers equipped with the thermal transfer option. To do this;
1) Turn ‘On’ and enter the media setup parameters in the Media Settings-Menu
2) Load media (and ribbon, if equipped with the thermal transfer option)
3) Calibrate the Media Sensor
4)
Press and hold the FEED key for approximately 4 seconds or until 2-3
labels advance. Upon completion, the ‘Ready’ message will be displayed.
Please ask if you need any further details.

Only printing on first row of labels, even the test is only on the 1st row, I need to use all four rows. Model number is: dmx-m-4036. Serial number is 54732589, we moved it from one factory to another...

Ypur problem may be due to:
- Le paper sensor is not placed correctly. In that case the length of the 4 rows is not correct.
Check the position of the label sensor.

I am trying to find a printband for a Brady THT 2034 printer...is this actually a Zebra model that has been rebranded?

In the heading it says Brady BP-THT-600X+ , but in the comments it refers to a Brady THT 2034.
The THT600X+ is zebra, The THT2034 is datamax. I have printheads for both. www.clearprintsolutions.com

Brady ID Pal. Display says:

Brady printers have a sensor that reads information from the cartridge. The printer will not work if a connection cannot be made to the cartridge.The most common cause of failure is in the cartridge and switching to a different cartridge usually fixes that problem. Having the same problem with two cartridges is starting to indicate there is a failure in the printer, although it is possible (but not likely) to have two cartridges in row fail. A good first step is to be sure the printer is clean. If that doesn't work you'll most likely need to send your printer in for repair. A good source of free tech. support for the Brady ID Pal is Graphic Products. They even help people who are not their customers, They also do Brady printer cleaning and some repairs. They have an online for for requesting tech. support located at: http://www.graphicproducts.com/request-support.php or you can call 1-888-326-9244.
