Do u have to bypass the factory amp to use a aftermarket head unit in a 2004 gmc envoy stanard system

If you do not have access to an aftermarket interface cable (some are available depending on brand and model of aftermarket radio), then yes, you have to bypass the amp if the new head unit has an internal amp, AND you wish to use the factory speakers with the new stereo.

There are many ways to do this, but if you want to do it yourself, the absolute best way is to get a copy of the dash harness wiring diagram from GM. This diagram will identify which pins in the radio dash harness connector run to the speakers and/or the amp, and whether you have to run new wires to the output side of the amp to connect to the speakers--this will not be specifically identified in the GM diagram (it will not say anything like 'to connect aftermarket radio, etc.), but it will be evident that you have to do this if there are no speaker pins in the in-dash connector.

I have 2 pioneer 6x9 400w, pioneer GM 6500f 760w amp and a kenwood KFC W1012 sub, how d i get the best sound from these?

pioneer gm 6500 is a 4 ch amp rated at 60w-4 way to small of an amp to run your sub. UNDER-POWERING your sub is more likely to damage spkr than over-powering. my advice, get mono-block to run sub

2000 chevy tahoe speaker wiring

This will depend on whether it's a Bose system, or not.
Non-Bose AC/Delco radioFront Speakers are:L. (-) Light GrayL. (+) TanR. (-) Lt. GreenR. (+) Dk. Green
Rear:L. (-)YellowL. (+)BrownR. (-)Lt. BlueR. (+)Dk. Blue
Be sure to test the connections, as you will notice that there are 2 Yellow wires, 2 Brown wires and 2 grey wires behind the factory radio.

GM pairs all the speakers into separate 4-pin plugs for front and rear. If the factory harness is intact, I'd suggest just getting wire harness adapter from any of your local car audio shops, you'll also need a GM mini antenna adapter, if you are hooking up a new stereo.

I need a color wire diagram to connect a pioneer head unit to a 96 chrysler concorde

GM speaker wires are usually purple, green, grey, and white if I remember right. 12v should be red and ignition should be yellow you can verify with a multimeter and use a battery to test positive/negative on speakers by connecting the battery to the speaker terminals if the speaker pushes outward the positive is connected tothe positive terminal

REMOVE THE RCA INPUTS AND DISCONNECT THE SPEAKERS, THEN POWER THE AMPLIFIER UP WITH THS NO INPUT, NO SPEAKER LOAD CONDITION. IF IT STILL GOES INTO PROTECTION AND YOU HAVE VERIFIED THAT THE POSITIVE AND ESPECIALLY THE GROUND CONNECTIONS, ALONG WITH THE REMOTE CONNECTIONS ARE 100%, THEN THE AMPLIFIER WILL NEED TO BE SERVICED. Pioneer gm-5000t amp

If the amplifier is powering, but no sound, try disconnecting the speaker outputs from the amplifier and connecting a test speaker to the output channel. If you get sound, then one of the speakers in the car may be bad or shorted out. That can be confirmed with a voltmeter. If still no sound, then you need to check the input to the amplifier. Disconnecting the RCA cable from the input and testing that with an amplified speaker like you can get from Radio Shack will allow you to make sure that the amp is getting signal from your radio.
