Boot up in safemode and choose administrator and delete your account and make another new one.
Your documents and files will be saved in your c: drive.
To get into safemode reboot your computer and press F8 while your computer is loading before you see a screen. Scroll up to safemode and follow the screen.

press f8 while booting up go into safemode click on start control pannel user accounts and then delete the password on your account..restart the pc and you will be able to log on
