Question about Garden
We have a 5.5hp Honda engine, approx 2002 which powers our Club 7 1/4 gauge Locomotive, at present the whole loco chasis etc is being overhauled except the engine which is OK. The existing ignition key start box which is separate was removed (not by me) as the key had been lost & it was started by putting a screw driver in to it. A new one was purchased which is internally different to the old one & clearly does not start the engine, at this stage the people doing it up gave up & involved me. Having had a good look at it the new one does not have as many components inside it although the actual (aluminuim cased black box) seems to be more sofisticated. Its the belt driven, drive to a hydralic pump & drives our clubs 7 1/4 gauge rail loco which provides rides for kids & families at our local country park.I would really appreciate any help which you can give me, I am a retired electrical engineer whom worked in the supply industry on pylons & their associated grid txs, circuit breakers etc. So l do understand a little bit about electrics. Many thanks Maurice.Bennett.

SOURCE: Electric Pressure Washer
Hi Your problem is your unloader pressure valve switch. It is a cylinder that moves up & down inside a housing,. activaded by water pressure.Inside the cavity of the housing is dirt on the wall of it.Thats your problem.Once you clean the cylinder wall & apply some water grease ,problem gone.Your problem is not the switch.
