It looks like the camera's autoexposure is compensating for the changing light levels. As you pan around, the brightness of the scene changes and the camera changes exposure to compensate.
Try locking the exposure, using the instructions in the "Shooting with manual adjustment" section of the manual (page 44 in my copy). If you need a copy of the manual, you may download one here.

Tape stuck inside Sony VX2000

If you are on about the VX2000 which is similar to the professional DSR-PD150 remove battery or supply then simply apply 3volts to the main mech drive motor and unthread the mech from the load position you will notice if it is in the load position because tape will be laced around the drum assembly hence the fact you can not remove the tape

Sounds like the pressure regulator on the stove is going bad. The pressure regulator is located in the back. Your gas supply line should connect directly to it.

First, average life on these sets is about 3 to 4 years at best and only boards are sold so even if you can pin point the board (no individual parts are sold) it is likely if will not get fixed and doing so is a bad investment as all the boards are now old.

This is usually caused by an oxidized, misaligned or defective Audio/Video drum. If you've tried running a cleaning tape through the camera with no success, the camera will need to be serviced by a qualified service technician.

I have a sony vx2000 mini-dv camera and when I try to play back some tapes I've recorded on the camera I get an error code c:21:23, I don't get this everytime, just sometimes.

Tape mechanism problems can be quite complicated. This will require disassembling the camera to repair the tape mechanism and can be done fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

How do I replace the right hinge on the lid of a Sony Vaio PCG-6Z4L?

That link for the PCG-K series is no good (e.g. a site for how to take apart an printer would be just as useful; sorry Martin Murray).
I have the same laptop as you (PCG-6Z4L), couldn't find a site. Like most laptops, it's about getting all the screws out and then being gentle with the plastic barbs (spudger or fingernail helps). In our case, there's only one hidden screw, discoverable by taking off the memory plate. The other tricky part is separating the top most plastic keyboard/palmrest assembly from the rest (then your on to getting at things like the hinge).
I've attached a pic so that you can see your laptop in two pieces (i.e. that part of the lighter grey stays with the darker grey; again, spudger or fingernail and knowing the two separate should help).

The dcr-trv250 has to common problems that apply to your camcorder. Bad iris or bad ccd imager. I've seen about a 100 of each lately. Look into the lens while you turn the power off then back on into camera mode. You will be able to see the iris open. If you don't see it open then it's most likely bad. Overexposure on outdoors shots

i think it is a case of defective apparture system. the system controlling the change of apparture opening has been locked. the reason may be friction in the blade movement or defective flex pcb carring the signal to the apparture motor.

Important Notice About Your Sony Product Posted: 10/03/2005 Thank you for your support and patronage of Sony products.
