Well in your bios there should be a option to turn the onboard card off but if not you might have to flash the bios. if its a newer pc check the bios there should be a option for audio or you might only have the option to boot the pci slot first. if you dont have either of these let me know and i can help with a bios flash.

Un-install the driver and then remove the driver software from the computer, then re-install the driver. If it still fails you will need to get a separate sound card because the onboard hardware has failed.

Try to reattach your sound card. It will solve the problem. If it doesn't work you can format your computer or clean the viruses on your computer. If problem still occurs change the sound card.

I have no audio

did you do the drivers? does the sound blaster have the drivers?if the onboard failed the add on should work, if it's not broken. make sure you have the right driver. you can download them on creative labs website, or asus website for that board, but disable the onboard if you use the add in sound blaster. this should work, if you had sound before, also make sure no conflicts with sound devices. hope thi helps happy new year..

Sound card drivers can not installed

Your card isn't supported by Creative anymore, it is too old. As such, you would have better results by using a newer card. But the drivers are located here - http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=1&subCatID=207&prodID=4851&prodName=Vibra%20128&subCatName=Others&CatName=Sound+Blaster

Compatibility with Creative Sound Blaster Audigy Value

Make sure that the audio is disabled on the bios settings. If it isn't turn it off and reload drivers. You may have two sound cards running on your computer causing the problem.
