SOURCE: gas dryernot heating up
try and reset the motherboard by unplugging power and waiting a few minutes and plug back in. What did you clean your dryer with?
If it was sharp you may have nicked a sensor, buy the wiring diagram and study away. Use caution with gas of course, shut it off look for shutoff , the flexible lines are brittle, be careful take time.

Take the back off. You will see the blower housing. Take the 1/4" screws out and pull the cover off the housing. You will find the nickel inside binding the blower wheel. Remove and put back together. There should not be any problem.

You should keep your hand grenades somewhere else! Remove the top (either screws in the back or control housing or push in each front corner with a thin putty knife to release the latches), and remove the screws on the insides of both front corners, then lift up to release the front panel. That should give you access to the blower housing and duct work. Retrieve whatever fell in and vacuum out all lint in the area while it is open. Be sure to wash the lint filter in hot water and detergent to get rid of fabric softener deposits which plug the filter screen. Check the drum bearings (either sliding pads or rollers) for wear. Replace if found to be in bad condition. Also, check the condition of the drum belt and replace it if it is cracked or breaking apart. You will need to access a lower rear panel to remove the belt from the motor and idler wheel. Hope this helps!

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
As you have already tried cleaning the vent then the problem is with the Thermister which reads open and even the thermal fuse has continuity, also test the thermostat for continuity, the control board is fine it is this part that is causing the problem again and again. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
