The light that blink is the manual control in the wall. The remote control does not work.

Hold the button with the lock icon in for 3 seconds. This should toggle the unit off vacation mode and your remotes will work.

Check to see if the small light in the wall pad is blinking. If so press and hold the button with the lock icon for 3 seconds.
If this isn't the case your receiver may have failed. The wall button works without the receiver;
I would remove the logic board and look for loose or missing traces on the printed circuit board.

Most residential garage door openers have a max. amount of cycles they can run per hour. Thus the difference between a residential opener which only needs to be opened a few times a day vs. a commercial opener which needs to open 10-20 times and hour. This could be your problem, you may be running too many cycles too soon. This would explain why it seems to work again after unplugging the power. You're resetting the unit. Hope this helps.

I've got a similar problem. The green light is flashing on the unit. I can here a click when I try either the remote or wall mount switch, but no movement.
FWIW our wall switch has a lock and a light switch and I can't get the light to go on either.
The door moves freely when disconnected from the opener.
My gut tells me the logic board is fried. What I'd really like to find is some sort of trouble shooting guide - Is anyone aware of any trouble shooting information on these lifts?

this just happened to us today as well. the wall pad has three buttons: one large back-lit button pad to open it and a lock button and a light button. the open button was blinking quickly and would open the door, but the car remotes did not work. I found that by pushing both the "lock" and "light" button at the same time for about 3 or 4 seconds, the back-lit "open" pad stopped blinking and went to steady green. I went back to the cars and checked the remotes there. both opened the door.
hope this helps someone out there
