Question about LG MU-42PZ90V 42 in. Plasma Television
I have a 42" LG Plasma T.V. Problem is : It powers on (with green light on) but no picture and unfortunetly no sound. Also removed back panel and noticed little red diode blinking next to reset button. Numbernext to it is LD740. Ceramic Fuses seem fine....but still No Picture. Right now can't afford to get it fixed so any help would be appreciated. I do have a DVM to check any problems but don't know what to look for. Help Please
Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.
In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

Probably not, this sounds like a claim on the h o u s e ins but i don't recomend you do it as your premium will go up. If you have insurance that covers accidental damage then you will have to pay the excess. Get a quote first.
I don't think i can help you any further.
