Method 1:
I would suggest you to uninstall the audio drivers and re-install once again.
To uninstall audio drivers from the device manager follow these steps:
a. Click on Start.
b. Type "Device Manager" in the search bar.
c. Click on Device Manager.
d. Select the device you wish to uninstall in the Device Manager window and uninstall it.
e. You can also uninstall by right clicking on the device and selecting
Uninstall from the context menu. A dialog box will open asking you if you really wish to uninstall the driver. Click
Yes, then OK in the next window.
Install the audio drivers from the manufacturer's website.
Method 2:
Try to re-install the game in cleanboot mode and check if it works.

Note: When the troubleshooting is over do not forget to reset the computer to normal startup. Follow the step 7 in the above article.
If the issue still persists, then contact the manufacturer of the game.
Good Luck!

Any .dll database/archive site should have MFC30.dll. I personally use http://www.dlldump.com. You'll have to download it, unzip it, and place it into C:\Windows\System32, which should solve your problem.

Read the information at the following URL:

If this just recently happened (usually due to software install), try running a System Restore back to before you started having the problem.
Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools and click on System restore.
Follow the prompts and select a bold date back before the problem occurred. You will be prompted to reboot.
If you still have the problem after rebooting, you can try to fix corrupted Windows file by running SFC /scannow from a command prompt (you will likely need your Window XP CD).
If all that fails, boot to your Window XP CD and run a repair. You should not lose any data, but backing up is always recommended..
Let me know if you have questions.
