Re: SR will not start
First terminate the process using the task manager and then uninstall it. Then use a free Registry Cleaner and make a quick clean. then restart the system and then again install the Application. This time it will work. If it doesn't, please post back. i will solve it.

did you add any new hardware or software just before this error started. If this is a Windows PC you can go into the safe mode and remove the bad software. You can also (if you can) remove or disable the hardware. Reboot into the PC as normal and see if you are still getting the error.
Hello, This error occurs when another program is using the fie that is being installed. I know that you said you don't have any other programs open, but many programs run in the background of your system processes or may be hidden in your system tray.
If you have any other virus scanners on your computer (including Windows Defender or Microsoft Security Essentials) be sure to disable them and close them.
Check your system tray (near where your clock is) and right-click on any anti-virus or background program and choose to exit/close it.
You can also do ctrl+alt+del and check to see if you see any running programs in the Applications or Processes menu (be careful in the processes menu unless you know what you are doing).
Please let me know if you still have trouble solving the issue.
Book Shop Management System Introduction BookMart is a book shop selling all varieties of books. It needs a console based application to manage its customer and business data. Registration Customers need to register before making any purchase. The registration system has the facility for the users to create their own user name and password. They can use the same for further communication with the system.
The user id and password should be stored in a file named “login.txt”.
The application should display the main menu as shown below

If the user id and password does not match, then the message “Login Failed” should be displayed and the main menu should be displayed again.
Option 2: New User Registration
If the user enters the option as 2, the user should be prompted to enter a new user id and password. If that user id is not present in the “login.txt” file, the new details should be written to the file and the message “User Successfully Registered” should be printed else the message “Duplicate User ID” should be printed.
Option 0: Exit
If the user enters 0, the application should exit. View Books The book details should be maintained in a file named “book_master.txt”. The data should be stored as shown below.

You can make a system restore point while installing Tally. But before restoring the same point you should remember that you data can be lost in this process so take an external backup of your data on CD etc.
You can go in back dates by changing system date and see if Tally is working or not (Some times it works !!).
You can insure that your system name, lan cards etc. Doesn't change.
If you know that a trouble is coming ahead e.g. you may need to upgrade system or format the system then best solutions is that you first surrender the tally before formatting.
If you are in deep trouble an and cannot connect internet the surrender the tally in offline mode and keep that file in a pen drive or CD along with your data backup.
If you are in much deeper trouble and finds out in the morning that you computer doesn't start windows and last option is to format it again, then try to start windows in DOS mode and recover that data files by copying whole Tally folder in to another drive. Then you can write mail to email@example.com stating your Sr..No and contact person name to reset your licensing info. Wait for the response and then activate the Tally.
The process for that application might have been removed from or disabled in the MSCONFIG startup file. To edit this, click Start>Run>Type: msconfig.
In the Startup tab, search for a process that is similar to or resembles the title of the application. You can also search by using the Command column by looking for the program folder the startup file is located in. Each entry will have it's corresponding company name in the path displayed. In this case that would be Memeo.
If that process is unchecked, check it and perform the same process within the Services tab - if the process has been disabled, the startup properties don't apply. Click OK and you will be presented with the option to Restart or Exit Without Restart. To view the results immediately, restart and observe the behavior of the boot process. If the Auto-Backup doesn't load like it should, look in the Preferences section of the application and make sure "Launch application during boot" (or similar) is selected. Then restart once more to see what happens.
If the application still doesn't load, you may need to uninstall it and reinstall.
First of all, you need to clean up your registry using CCleaner. You can download the same from internet.
Secondly, try to disable your Antivirus software before you try to install Nero. Once Nero is installed you will need to enable the Antivirus to protect your system.
Try to do all of this using the Administrator account of your machine. If you need further assistance to know how to use the Admiistrator account, please let us know and we will be more than glad to help you.
