Hi, the trick
is to put the seat on correctly in the first place. If you look under
the front of the seat (when seat is facing away from mum/dad) you'll
see 2 plastic hooks - these need to be hooked over the first horizontal
bar of three that you can see (it has a small black plastic nobbly bit
on it) then, push the handle down and pull the 'tube' on the left up. If
the seat is facing you (child travelling backwards) it won't fold,
neither will it fold with the carry cot attached. To open up again you need to pull the little red lever on the left and open frame until it locks into place.
Hope this helps! Tegans mum x

With most sheepskin liners I would suggest that you wash on a cool wool wash on your washing machine. Most importantly, when you dry this, DO NOT place on a direct heat (radiator or other heat source) the best way to dry this is naturally, hang it over a door and leave for a few days. As this drys it will become slightly harder in texture, this is normal, but ensure that the sheepskin is totally dry before you use this again. Loosen the wool fibres with your fingers to improve the softness and this should be fine. As with any natural product, it will deteriorate with time and your result will depend on the age of the product.
I hope this helps.

Hi there sunnybum1975. I had trouble with my quinny buzz until I came across this youtube video demonstrating all the bits and bobs on the quinny: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DYLOIa-Ik0
I think the bit about folding the pram is at around 4:30 mins. I hope it helps.
