Wireless switch

Look on both sides and the front of the laptop for the wireless switch. Once you have the switch on you can also toggle it by keystrokes. You can Press and Hold the FN function key located near the bottom left on the keyboard then hit the key (F1 thru F12) that toggles the wireless on or off. The correct F1 thru F12 key to hit will have the wireless signal icon )))) or it will have the icon of a tower with the wireless signal )))).

Wireless connections are slower, than using the cable. You may have a defective wireless router, or you PC is defective.

i would take your PC to wi fi spot and see if its faster, if so, i would guess you wireless router is defective.
