If this is a TE7 then the chuck will just pop off of the front end. You just pull the rear chuck sleeve foward to release the chuck. With the chuck off run the drill to see if the cylinder is bent. If you bent the cylinder it will wobble. If the cylinder is okay just order a new chuck. If the cylinder is bent then your best choice is to send it to Hilti and have it repaired by them. They have a ceiling on the amount the repair would be and you would get a warranty with the repair. It would be cheaper than you trying to buy the cylinder and replacing it yourself. Grab the bit and see if it will move in or out of the chuck around a half inch. If the bit will not move at all inside the chuck at all. Lock the bit in a vise and strike the chuck with a rubber mallet. This will usually get the bit out.
You grasp the chuck with the bit end in the palm of your hand, With your fingers pull back the plastic sleeve on the other end. slide the chuck on the shaft. Release the sleeve and turn the chuck until you feel it lock into place.
You should not have to grease The TE-7. It is permantly lubricated. You can occasionally put a small ball of grease on the end of a drill bit before you stick in the chuck. This will keep the chuck greased.
The TE-70 is permantly lubricated. You would only add lubricant if you took the tool apart. You can add a small amount of grease to the end of your bit occasionally before putting in the chuck. This keeps the chuck parts lubed.
