My screen is messed up

Recently my phone was open and was snapped back by a very nasty person. since then my screen is bland sometimes though it has pink and yellow lines down it or a blue square. everything else on the phone works i can call in, receive calls and play music etc. but i have no display screen. it is also odd that the front minni screen still displays the time dat and battery meter. please help me fix it asap beacause it will cost me over 100 dollars to fix and i really dont have the money and i LOVE my phone! a friend told me to take the phone apart clean it, put it back to gather and push on the screen and play around with the back while its turned on but that didnt work

When making a call the screen shuts of and wont come back on.I can hear the person talking but cant use dial pad

If you move the phone from your ear to a viewing position it should light up so you can access the dial pad- you may have to do this motion a couple of times. If that doesn't work try pressing any key on phone such as the home button you may have to go back into phone mode after home screen but it shouldn't end the call. If you access your call settings you may be able to set that your screen stays lit during calls, the down side to that is possible accidental pressing of the keypad with your cheek which is why screen is set to go blank. Hope this helps Jane

My mouse isn't moving on the screen

Hi I had this recently do you have a small oblong button right below the spacer bar you might have pressed it by mistake, while dusting etc, this freezes the pointer, also on my previous laptop I had the same problem but no button, so that was fixed by closing it down, unplugging it, removing the battery and replacing then switching back on, very important though to unplug from the mains......

Just received a brand new, in original packaging, ...

Your headset should enter the pairing mode just by opening its boom. If it has never been paired before, it will be in pairing mode right away. Otherwise, make sure that the bluetooth radio of all devices preivously paired with it, are turned off (or, at least, out of reach). As soon as its boom is opened, and it can't find any paired device active, it will enter the pairing mode. Once your headset is in pairing mode, make the bluetooth application of your phone search for new devices. After a while the H700 should appear on the phone screen. Select it and make the application connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). The pairing process should be done only one. All subsequent connections between any two previously paired devices should be done automatically, provided that their bluetooth radios are on and with each other's reach.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Regards, Carlos

H700 automatically disconnects though fully charged

I had the same problem. It does seem to be related to the battery. The solution--in my case--was to recharge the headset until the light turned green again and then flip it open and it hooked up again.

Dropped cell and people cant hear me

I had the same problem as the person in the original posting -- I dropped my phone after which callers could no longer here me.  So I tried dropping the phone again, as the original poster suggested, and afterwards the problem was solved.
