Question about JVC HD-52G786 52" Rear Projection HDTV
I have light gray spots on the screen of my projection set. They can only be seen when the image is light. On darker background they cannot be seen. I have had three of these for some time and now a slightly darker one has shown up. They are always in the same place on the screen.
There are several things that could be causing this. Dust or foreign matter on the inside of the screen, dust or foreign matter on the reflecting mirror or dust in the optical block or light engine. The first two can be fixed by you if you can gain access to the interior. The third will require a technician. If you have had your question answered, please be sure to rate the solution. Thanks!
