The signal wire going to the right front has a splice for the dash indicator, a wire branching off from the turn wire and going to the dash. It sounds like that right signal wire is broken or lost a connection before it splices off to the dash, so the problem sounds like it is under the dash, either coming out of the turn signal switch to the flasher or from the flasher to that splice. You may need a multi-meter to check voltages on that wire at various places under the dash. Ascertain which color wire you need to concentrate on. Check for voltage on it with key on and right blinker on-voltmeter will spike to battery voltage, then fall to zero as the flasher breaks voltage continuously, if checked after the flasher. If checked when leaving the turn switch, it should be a continuous signal on that wire. Think you better find a wiring diagram to find the right wire to check. Good luck.
When you turn on the right blinker does the indicator light come on? It could be a faulty turn signal switch. The turn signals are routed through the hazzard switch, sometimes you can switch on and off the hazzard switch several times and the turn signals could start working again...Hey it's worth a try..
The do not run off the same fuse but they do run off the same blinker. Try turning on the key, click the left/right (check both) turn signal and then operate the 4 ways on and off at the same time. Work the 4 way switch back and forth 10 to 25 times and see if you get any short winks or blinks from the system. Turn signals are usually on their own fuse in the glove box and hazard are on with the brake fuse. If this does not work, I would look at the blinker. It is possibly bad. Check each pin of the blinker and see if there is power there when you turn on the 4 ways or turn signals. Replace Blinker. Make calls to parts stores and dealer for location of this blinker.
Usually when the turnsignal blinks rapid this is a indicator that the turn signal bulbs is blown, you will need to check both the front and rear signal to see which is not working, and then change the blown bulb or bulbs.
check the socket whare the bulb goes for rust corosion. you can also test the socket by removing bulb and using a 12 volt test light. remove bulb and connect test light leads to the socket while the signal is on.connect one lead from test light to inner wall of socket and the other one to the terminals in bottom of socket
TURN SIGNALS WILL FEED BACK THROUGH THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH.THEY ARE INDEPENDENT OUT SIDE ON THE CAR BUT NOT IN THE SIGNAL SWITCH.REPLACE THE SIGNAL SWITCH
