I can't get my shark steam blaster model EP95 to create steam?

I have shark steam blaster steam cleaner and I haven't used it in several months. I wanted to clean with it and as usual I put water in and waited for the steam to create and ready light never came on. I left it on for 15 minutes still no steam. I can't find my manual for it and tried to find it online and the company could even fin the manual online.

Please help me if you can, I have a new Euro-Pro X and can not get steam to come out. I conected everything up like the directions said but there is no steam coming out. I know the water is steaming hot because I attempted to turn the top where you put the water and solution in and it was hot as a radiator. It just that nothing is coming through the steam vacuum hose. Please respond you have a solution...

Please someone help me out with this problem. I own the shark model # S3325 and can not get the steam to come out of the hose even though the heater is working fine. It heats up just will not release steam.

It worked great the first time I used it (about two weeks ago). Now it just sits there trying to get hot. UGH!!!

Pull the (3) coasters/feet out and unscrew the 3 screws. take off the one end of the steam"boiler" (two clamps). tilt open end up and pour white vinegar [carefully] in there, prop up so it does not fall over, and soak overnight. dump out lime and water scale and rinse out a couple of times. Be very careful to not get water on electrical parts.
Take an air pig and blow out the line (Black) from where you disattached it to where the steam comes out [at the handle]. Be sure to mark electrical connections [4 on one, 2 on the other] so you don't blow a breaker switch like I did.

I had the same problem it was just built up calcium take the screws off at handle then you will see the hose were the water comes out there will be a plastic pice connected and a metal ring holding the two together pull the metal ring down and pull the rubber hose from the plactic pice now make sure that plastic pice is clear then VERY carfuly take a meltal hanger dowm the rubber tube you might feel it hit something if it does twist it back and forth now if you think you broke it all up fill the steam with water make sure pump switch is on and water should shoot out if it works put it all back together and try it againg i truly hope this helps
