Question about Sanyo DP42746 42 in. Plasma Television
I was watching TV when all of a sudden the screen went black.Some has told me that its a bulb. Can you tell me what you think
Who ever told you it was a bulb doesn't know anything about plasma tv's
they don't work like that!
it is a digital video processing board that put out the picture
then there is whats called a back light which highlights the screen and has nothing to do with a bulb
you will need to call a tech to come out to determine the exact problem by doing some test
if you have a warranty then use it , otherwise it going to cost to get it fixed!
