Question about Computers & Internet
I have an acer aspire 4935G and it keep shutting down on itself. many suggest that it is due to heat. i have buy a cooling pad, i set the laptop fan so that it will always blow at maximum speed, i changed the graphic chip and i even left it to cool for 4 days. but still the problem yet to be solved.
By any chance has the sleep mode been activated. If you think it is the fan and that the computer is overheating then get a normal house fan and let it blow over the motherboard. If this keeps the computer running for several hours then heat is definitely your problem.
If this doesn't work I would suggest that you have a problem on the motherboard particularly in the area of the CPU.
