SOURCE: How can remove BIOS password
These ppl have no idea how a laptop is built. There are no CMOS jumpars in a laptop, the only way to remove cmos password in a laptop is to use special software, hard to get and use because most laptops do not have floppy drives anymore, so the best way to do it is to dissassemble the laptop and desolder the battery for the cmos memory, one leg will do, wait 5 min then resolder it back. You may have figured out this is NOT for 98% of laptop owners, but a good repair shop and someone who really knows how to work on a laptop can do it in thier sleep.

The maximum drive capacity is dependant on the drive type. In this case, it takes a 2.5 inch PATA (a.k.a. IDE) hard drive.
There are different RPM speeds of 5400 & 7200, with the 7200 being a faster performing drive.
Most of these IDE drives have a maximum capacity of 320GB, which can be found cheapest at online stores.
One such drive is the Western Digital 2.5 inch Scorpio Blue 320GB
Here is a page on NewEgg.com that shows such drives.
