I fixed it myself :) All I did was press the green & red buttons together a couple of times to erase the memory and then I paired my phone to it again and it worked. All this stress and the solution was as simple as this lol.

after a reset try to push the parrot in pairing with your phone.< for any G3 phone the below should work. The menu could be differnet on yours this is for a nokia G3 phone. Object Push: * From your phone go to MENU / COMMUNIC. / CONTACTS * Select the desired contact to send * Go to OPTIONS / SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / ALL CONTACT DATA * Phone will search for available bluetooth devices * Select from the list Parrot Product and press SELECT * wait until the contact is transferred. After contact is sent, it is neccessary to register "Contact's Name"

You need to reset the Parrot first.
Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the
memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.
Then, and only then does the Parrot allow the iPhone to pair, and it will bring up the code prompt for you on the iPhone.
You won't find this written down anywhere on the Parrot site.

make sure you are just transferring contacts with phone numbers and nothing else (email addresses et. etc. ) also make sure the area code is included(even on local ones) take the parrot's battery out for about three minutes, do the same to the blackberry) should fix....enjoy
