Hi, I have a 2007 BMW X3 with Parrot v5.25c software. Can this do anything better than receiving calls? The manual I have is for the CK3000 Evolution, which seems completely out of place, compaired to the BMW installation. Can anybody help?

I fixed it myself :) All I did was press the green & red buttons together a couple of times to erase the memory and then I paired my phone to it again and it worked. All this stress and the solution was as simple as this lol.

SOURCE: Unable to connect my iphone 3gs to the Parrot CK3000 Evolution.

You need to reset the Parrot first.

Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.

Then, and only then does the Parrot allow the iPhone to pair, and it will bring up the code prompt for you on the iPhone.

You won't find this written down anywhere on the Parrot site.

make sure you are just transferring contacts with phone numbers and nothing else (email addresses et. etc. ) also make sure the area code is included(even on local ones) take the parrot's battery out for about three minutes, do the same to the blackberry) should fix....enjoy

After using the parrot to make a call on Friday, my radio has stayed muted. Normally, after ending the call, the radio comes back on after a few seconds. CDs also are playing, but are also muted.

it sound like the software has locked u you will need to have new software put into the box, this can only be done using an update cable. try parrot.com and find you nearest engineer.

Bluetooth pairing

I have the same problems. I had to get the box (brain of the system) re-programed. The Parrot will only take 4 pairings (Max). Even if you delete all the pairings before you put the 5th pairing in. The display tells you "Memory full" I thing the software is faulty. Ring the guy who fitted it for you. He should be able to get it reprogramed for you Foc. Dom (hope this is of some help )
