Question about Sanyo LAMP Projector Lamp FOR PLC-SW30/SW35 PROJECTORS

Green haze projected on wall

Hi the plcsw35 projects a green haze when connected though the phono socket not tried others but seems to project okay and in correct colour and focus when pressing menu button

oh the replace lamp light is on but don't think it would be that as projects menu okay

please help

SOURCE: Ive put a new lamp

I'm having a similar issue wit a Sanyo. Installed new Sanyo lamp but when you plug it in the warning indicators show that there is no lamp detected. Ballast issue? Sanyo tech support told me this is rare. I'm not all that confident about the lamp socket. it seems to be a loose fit. Can't find any info on a reset.

Try turning off the printer and disconnecting power plug from wall. Hold power on button for about a minute. Then replug unit and turn power on - it should then attempt to hook up to your existing network.

If no go, try reinstalling the software that initially came with printer and was used to set up the network

Bizhub C250 using to much toner. Images are very dark. Ink can even be rubbed off pages. How do you adjust?


Check that the fuser is not in enevople mode. two green handle up not down. check the files

Hi, Error 5 is a Scanner error. When turning the printer on, have the lid up so you can watch the scanner movement. Does it move smoothly? It should go through a warm up and you should be able to watch the scanner movement. If there is a problem with the scanner, there isn't a lot you could do except. The service manual says the scanner assembly should be replaced. If it was my printer, I would try to take a closer look at the scanner assembly and check to see if the scanner unit is bound up somewhere, or maybe a drop of 3 in 1 oil on the scanner rails. Let us know what happens.

How does the bulb look? Is it bright or kind of dim. The bulb warming error is designed to halt use of the machine until the scanner bulb reaches the correct output level. As these are basically a flourescent tube, they will dim over time and at a certain point they will not generate enough light to enable proper scanning. If the bulb is dim, it will require replacement.
