Good day, Katie0113; I hope you solved this concern by now but if not here is the fix: To unlock the keyboard press and hold the "menu" button on the front panel for 10 seconds. I hope this helped, good luck, big IRISH.

Nope, But your convergenjce chip is about to die. i would turn it off and leave it off and call a tech to rectify it before it takes out the whole board or all 3 as some capacitors are also overheating. Parts $100+Labour of about 1.5 hrs at this stage! later it will be $600
Please rate my help++++Thanks for using FIXYA

hello try this
Bypassing the V-Chip Lock
After you set the lock, you need your
passcode to view a V-Chip locked program,
view the locked TV, cancel the lock, or enter
the V-Chip lock menus.
If you forget your passcode, you can
view the locked TV without entering your
passcode. This is done by pressing the
number 9 and QV buttons on the remote
TV control at the same time, when your
password is requested. This process
temporarily unlocks the TV.
When entering the V-Chip Lock menu, this
process deletes your old passcode and
prompts you to enter a new passcode. good luck
