Unfortunately, you will need to get to a laptop or tower PC or Mac, in order to reset your password, migrate to apple.com try to login, there should be a forgot password link just below the login entry points. How do I reset my password?

Be careful that it's not a phishing attempt, and that the message really is from Facebook. If you're sure it's kosher, my best advice in a case like this--ask a knowledgeable friend, or one who knows a tech-type person, to go through the password reset process with you in person. You can have him (her) look away when you enter your new password. If he's brought a pad or tablet along, try logging on to Facebook with both your iPad and his to make sure the new password works.
