Question about Televison & Video
Is there any way I can add one simple external speaker to my TV? (I'm hard of hearing but don't want is Loud for others) with out opening the TV and tieing on wire..
If you have audio out RCA jacks then you can hook up some computer speakers that have RCA jack inputs. If you don't have audio outputs and your TV has a HOT chassis then you won't be able to do it. If your tv has a switching power supply then you can install a jack to TV speakers, so they disconect when you hook up your other speakers, if you try and hook up speaker to the TV speakers then the impedence will change, and your audio output IC will get hot and short out.
