Question about Gaggia Titanium Espresso Machine
My Titanium's display is stuck on "Rinsing" /Warming Up, but the automatic rinse cycle that usually occurs when I start it up isn't happening and no water is flowing through the machine automatically on startup and the little squares aren't showing. I descaled and I ran several tanks of water (cold) through the machine. I'm not able to make any coffee because I can't get those buttons to work. The water comes out cold through the steam wand, but when I feel the top of the machine, the machine is warm. I think I have to reset something. Maybe the thermostat? How do I do that?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

your grinding chamber is blocked, the same happened to me, did it struggle to grind before? try taking the black shoot out the top with the 2 screws( were you would put pre ground coffee in) take the brew unit out(along with the waste water and bean tray), and reach up to where there is a little spring, the spring controls a little door, if you open the door manually and clean out the shoot to the grinder( make sure the machine is unplugged for this), i used the end of a tea spoon and a little hoover. it should work after this

Just let it run the cycle, don't press any buttons.
When it runs out of water refill it and let it continue.
I get this problem a lot,

Sounds like the steam wand is getting blocked some where either at the metal end or in the parnello wand if you machine has one at the end of the steam wand, if both of those are clean then try this push in on the steam knob if that works then tap rod assemble or steam valve needs to be replaced, make sure to ask about the stainless steel valve instead of the plastic one.
