Question about Gateway FPD 1520 15" Flat Panel LCD Monitor
My computer is on but when i turn on the monitor it says out of frequency how do i fix it
This error indicates that your video card resolution is set igher than the monitor can display. Try booting into safemode and changing the resolution.
Here is a link to the Gateway site spec page for that monitor.
The maximum resolution it will display is 1024 X 768 which is very low for current video cards, your card may not go that low. Check it if it does not go then you will need to get a new monitor that supports the resolution that your computer can put out.
