Lights on xantrex panel flashing all the time

All the panel lights all appear to flash on the monitor. It just started after we came home. We let the batteries go dead on coach by accident. Plugged into shore power and charged batteries. That is when it happened.

SOURCE: the inverter dose not charge the batters on my coach.

From the manual I read on the Xantrex website shows 2 fuses. 1 in the F1 Position which is the outer circuit breaker, and the other in the F2 position. You can see the F1 tube-style fuse from the front, but the F2 fuse you have to tuck your head behind and see it from the other side. You can see if the fuse wire is burnt. To be sure, use an ohm meter to check the continuity of the circuit. Hope that helps.

SOURCE: xantrex 458 freedom....has stopped charging house

Fis\rst of all is the inverter supplying 120 VAC? when turned on?. If so the inverter seems to be working.I think your problem is in the truck alternator/charging system. The inverter is independent of this charger..

SOURCE: I have a xantrex 2000 watt freedom 458 freedom

this isn't an answer but i would like to just clear the water a little. how old is the unit? you say it the inverter works when on shore power ( 110v A.C. wall plug or 220 ) but it will not charge the batteries while hooked up to shore power? are you trying to use a generator to run the inverter and charge the batteries? I just need to a little more so i can better understand you problem and help you better
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

2006 Honda Accord Coupe - I was rear-ended in a recent accident. Insurance company (Progressive) took care of the bumper repair. However a quarter sized flashing light blinks anytime the car is locked...

check your trunk lock mechanism. it might not be locking properly and not seating right due to rear damage and trunk lights are on and that can drain the battery overnight. have it adjusted.

Heating Element

If lights are flashing on the control panel, the heating element might have burned out. The heating element heats the water up to operating temperature. After a set amount of time if the temperature isn't reached a light on the control panel might start flashing. The heating element can be checked for continuity with an Ohm meter.

Touchpad

If the display lights are flickering for no reason, the touchpad might need to be replaced. Sometimes when the touchpad is defective the display lights are flashing randomly.
