Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Make sure your Apple ID is entered into the iPhone Settings on your phone and then connect it to iTunes that is set to the Apple ID.
Firmware is something completely different to installing the iOS again. Firmware is the fixed operating system that instructs the phone from when it is turned on, until the iOS is fully loaded. If you have been playing with a JailBreak type program, then your phone is 'bricked' and you need a new one. iPhone firmware is not available to the public.
