Feed the paper in the back press the paper advance button while pushing the paper in the rear slot, and it should feed the paper through.
Hope this helps.

Frankly, between paying for your Premium Assistance Plan or paying a professional small electronics repairman, if I could find one, I figured it would save time and money just to buy a new calculator. I dislike this solution but I don't think I have much choice. I can't find a repairman anywhere. Some services have just become obsolete and that's a shame. Because of "planned obsolescence", I, as well as most other Amerians, now put more items in landfills. Okay, I'll get off my soapbox now. Thank you for your response and for offering a website where people can ask questions of this nature.

Hello, my name is Curtis, and I am a Sharp Customer Service Rep. What you will want to do is on the back of the calculator there should be a thin horizontal slot that you would feed the paper through, it will only feed so far before it hits a wall on the inside, make sure the calculator is turned on and press the feed key in the upper left side of the calculator, it should take up the paper, if not then give us a call at 1-800-237-4277 or 1-800-BE-SHARP. Hope everything works out.

SOURCE: I don't remember how to
Fold the leading edge of the paper roll 3 to 5 cm. (Do not fold it slantwise.)
Insert the paper roll from the left side of the paper holder and make sure the paper roll
is set in the proper direction (with the paper feeding form the bottom).
Insert the leading edge of the paper into the opening directly behind the print mechanism.
Press the paper feed key and feed the paper under the edge of the paper cutter.
