The blue light on my Olevia tv just blinks but the tv doesn't come on so it appears I have power but no picture anyone know what causes this? Thanks

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

HI i have olevia 540-b11, will not come on, no lights, etc

If even the indicator light in the front isn't lit, you might be lucky enough to have something simple such as a blown fuse that is in line with everything.
Normally, if the main power supply fails, a small 'always-on' supply that services the low voltage circuits that are kept alive even when the set is'off,' in wait for a command from your remote, survives. Our Olevia has an 'off' indicator that extinguishes when the set is turned on, don't know if yours has the odd arrangement.
If you open the set (allow overnight with the AC plug pulled) and find no user accessible fuse to replace, you are probably looking at some labor charges for a service call. Without a power-off rest period, you may encounter some nasty voltages inside.
In case it needs something, be advised that Olevia is bankrupt so other than 'commodity' parts common to other sets, you may not get the part you need.
Good luck-

Went on vacation came home Olevia LT20HVK wont turn on red light flashing on power button help''I cant find my owners manual and cant find one online Thank You for any Help

When the red light flashes its a indication that the main-board or the power supply is having some problems..could happen with power outages or power spikes.. this only means the main-board or power supply will have to be repair or replace.. One last thing you want to try is leaving the television overnight unplug from the power and then plug it back in the next day.. if it still reacts the same then the tv has to be service.

Since the Manuf. of olevia is out of buss.. there is a 3rd party service center called Amergence Technology Inc. that is able to service olevia TV's.. there number is 866-965-3842 im sure they are able to give you a repair quote on it...

Channel Scan

If you have not discarded your old conventional TV or can borrow one, I would connect it to the same signal source you are using with the Olevia. If you get reception with the substitute set, then the Olevia is defective. If you live in a metropolitan area, you could also try sticking a piece of copper wire into the input of the Olevia and selecting antenna input as the source from inside the Olevia's setup menu. If you still get no signal indications (quality is not important for this), then the Olevia is defective.
I'm disappointed to see you having trouble with this set as we own one too. Also disturbing is Olevia's current state; they are in bankruptcy so I would start complaining soon and loudly if you have satisfactorily   identified the Olevia as the problem.
