no this problem is new. i can barely make out the picture, so i don't think it's a matter of brightness or sharpness. any other ideas?

Flash pictures have orange tint

Check the settings for white balance. It sounds like the camera has been set to balance to flourescent light which is a different color (and temperature) than flash.

I installed the PR180 switch in my garage with a 4ft dual t-8 flourescents bulbs. When the motion sensor timer turns the light off the flourescent bulbs stay slightly lit, as if it were on a dimmer...

There is nothing wrong with the switch or your wiring. The Leviton R01-PR180-1LI is not designed to work with flourescent lights. A lot of electronic controls will bleed through a small voltage when in the "OFF" state. It's just enough voltage to make the ballast in the flourescent light try to fire but not enough to let it fire the way it is supposed too.

What you need is a motion switch that is rated for flourescent lights, such as this :-( :

Photosmart A512v: colors are not true, more it the ink cartridge that needs replacing or is it the paper????

In the setup menus, try changing the ambient lighting from flourescent to incandescent or daylight. This is the most comon culprit when pictures have a definite bluish hue to them.

Monitor is very very faint but you can see it in the light. Any Idea whats wrong

1. Check to make sure the display brightness is turned all the way up. Sometimes this gets turned down. Look for the symbol on your keyboard that looks like a light or sun with the arrow up mark.

2. Laptop displays use a backlight tube(s) to transmit light though the LCD appetures that give you color and graphics. This one or more of the flourescent tube may be out. You will need to have a Toshiba qualified tech replace the lights for you.

Polaroid LCD has Flourescent Lights and a Blurry Screen

okay I just got mine to work. All I did was: click menu on my remote control, go to setup, go to the very bottom where it says "Default" and press ok on the remote. Everything went back to the default settings and worked.

If the audio still doesnt work, go to menu, audio tab, down to MTS system and hit right or left on the remote to change the audio setup.

Kodak v550 easyschare camera

As long as the pictures look fine it is something going on with the lcd display.

If it was taking pictures the same, it could be a special effect that is turned on or the CCD is bad. It sounds like the LCD display is bad. Some cameras can be repaired at a reasonable price with a new LCD display.

Have you replaced the batteries in the camera? That might take care of the problem.
