SOURCE: Jam A - strange sound

Hi Aleks, This is a known issue on certain AcuLaser C4100 for which Epson have released a countermeasure. The problem is related to a value in the printer firmware and only realy affects the machine when it is first switched on or has sat idle for a long time whilst powered on. The fix requires a software tool to interogate the firmware and check a value. If this value is set to a certain figure it requires changing. The same software can change the value to rectify the issue. You can get the info to fix the printer from: http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/1594428

SOURCE: Magenta colour comes through on all prints

We have over 50 of these printers and a few have had the magenta bleeding problem. On everyone of them the problem was corrected by going to the clean developer function under Maintenence from the Menu and choosing to clean the magenta color. Usually have to run it a couple times but it has always corrected the problem so far.

SOURCE: Printing a booklet on WorkCentre 7345 , need help argent !!!

OK, same problem, I've gotten through the solution. I can print and have the first page and last page on one side of the large sheet and the two inside pages on the other side, so that is foldable into a booklet.
I start with a 4 page (US letter sized) document I wish to print as a booklet on tabloid paper.
In the (page layout or editing program's) print dialogue, I've said print all pages, set it at 1 page per sheet, then clicked the printer properties button to open the Xerox Workcenter 7345PS option dialogue.
In the Xerox dialog on the "Paper/Output" tab, selected the larger (Tabloid, 11x17" in my case) paper size, selected 2-Sided Print. Then I select the "Layout/Watermark" tab and clicked the Booklet Layout radio button, chose "Landscape" for the Page Layout Option. Note: I saved these settings as "Tabloid Booklet" by clicking the down-arrow to the right of "Driver Defaults" so that I could select them and not have to dial in every one of the settings whilst experimenting.

What is a 350 code on a savin 8045 copier

This code can be reset be turning off the main power (orange rocker switch) for about 10-seconds and then turning the machine back on. If the error comes back up, then there is a definite problem with the machine and it should be looked at by a train service technician.

SC350:

ID sensor pattern test error

One of the following ID sensor output voltages was detected twice consecutively when checking the ID sensor pattern.
1) Vsp ? 2.5V
2) Vsg ? 2.5V
3) Vsp = 0V
4) Vsg = 0V

Possible Causes:
• ID sensor defective
• ID sensor connector defective
• Poor ID sensor connector connection
• I/O board (IOB) defective
• High voltage supply board defective
• ID sensor dirty
• Defect at ID sensor pattern writing area of the drum

Error code sc 101.... sc 350

SC101 Scan Lamp Error
SC350 ID sensor pattern test error

Your scanner should be checked by a technician to determine what is causing the error. There isn't any calibration or troubleshooting that can be done unless you have scanner parts.

Error SC 350 on Aficio AP4510

ID sensor defective
• ID sensor connector defective
• Poor ID sensor connector
connection
• I/O board (IOB) defective
• High voltage supply board
defective
• ID sensor dirty
• Defect at ID sensor pattern writing
The problem is with your id sensor , it is sitting on the back side of the drum , in other words the further side of the drum when you slide it back in to the machine , these sensors get full of toner and gives this code , or the drum surface gets damaged and do not send the right patch to the system .you can whipe this sensor with a cloth .

How do i set aficio 1035 to factory default

SC352 Indicates ID Sensor/Pattern edge detect Error 3. If its a color machine, then it's a Magenta TD ensor failure.

Usually If you need to change the developer roller you should change the developer as well. Once that is done, then you go into service mode and calibrate the developer and initialize the TD sensor.

Did you change the developer?
