Question about Miele 24 in. Novotronic G851SC Plus Built-In Dishwasher
I have a Miele G841 SC plus, and we can't add any rinse aid to the rinse aid compartment as it seems to be plugged. Is there any way of taking the unit out to clean it?
You should check your pump located in the back of the machine to make sure that it is pumping water out. Also see why the fan is making noise and replace the fan. Also check your hot water supply. Mold wont grow if the water is the temperature it is supposed to be and seems like youa re just washing with warm water or even cold

Rinse aid is baloney. Just use Cascade complete and let the light stay on. The dishes get really clean and you don't have to monkey with rinse aid. The machine works fine with the light on.

Salt and rinse aid are low if the indicator light is on.
Salt is placed in a compartment in the bottom of the inside of the dishwasher. It has a round approx 10cm diameter screw cap.
Rinse aid goes in under a flap in the inside of the door near the powder dispenser

I had a problem where my G842Plus dishwasher would run through the prewash and then the intake/drain light would start blinking and it wouldn't work. There would be water in the bottom of the dishwasher. After cleaning out various items to no avail, we called Miele technical support and they told us to reset the codes and then keep trying it over and over until it worked.
Here is how we reset the codes:
