SOURCE: my computer (emachines T5212) beeps at me

Resetting the bios should stop the beeps, 'JBAT1' terminal from pins 1-2 to 2-3 for a few seconds then back to pins 1-2. Get the pc running again on your onboard graphics or whatever it was, but enter the bios (f2 or DEL on start up)as you will have to reset time; also to dissable onboard graphics and enable your AGP slot as primary graphics controller as it may be dissabled in the advanced bios menu. Make sure you havent got an intruder device lead from your side panel as this could also be the beep which has to be cleared also in the bios

SOURCE: installing radeon s9259 graphics card on a emachine t5010

Did you try to after you install the card to go into the control panel and install new hardware in the add new hardware. If I understand you, when you plug the monitor into the new video card it does not turn the monitor on, Even after you install the card and reboot your pc with the monitor plugged into the new device it don't come on, Make sure the old one is disabed in the device manager and it should work, If Not I need somemore information, You should not have to have changed it in the bios, you may want to change that back to the way it was, the radeon is compatible with the emachine and should work just by installing and plugging into it,Try that see what happens.Hope it helps Happy Holidays Just write back here if that don't work and I 'll figure it out for you,

Hi there, That graphics card is not supported by Windows 7 - it does not have enough VRAM to run Windows Aero. If you want to use Windows 7 to it's full graphics potential, you will need to upgrade your video card. Alex

My computer cant find the audio driver for my emachine 5250 where can i find it

try installing the Microsoft UAA HD Audio update, known as KB888111. I'm assuming you're using Windows XP. If not using XP, then DO NOT install this update, and provide the Everest report. You can download the KB888111 installer from ftp://ftp.microsoft.com.ar/so/KB888111/eng/kb888111xpsp2.exe
Some other below:: Here's the direct download link for the RealTek audio driver: (33MB)
http://downloads.emachines.com/drive...56-001-002.exe

If you have Sigmatel audio: (23.xMB)
http://downloads.emachines.com/drive...43-001-001.exe

I'd also grab the chipset drivers. Here's the drivers download page for all other (stock) hardware:

Geforce mx400 driver for windows 7

Windows 7 already has the best driver possible for your board (got installed when you installed Windows). Therefore, you won't find anywhere Windows 7 drivers for your video card.
Still, I took a better look at your video card specs and I noticed it doesn't have Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM) because at the manufacturing date of your board WDDM had not yet been created. So, I'm sorry to tell you this, but your video card doesn't meet the system requirements for Windows 7.

Lagging bad on internet low FPS rate

Lag problems wont be anything to do with your monitor, more driver problems or an incompatibility with your new card. Try getting up to date drivers and contact their tech support (the graphics card) and give them your system spec. They will advise if the card is not compatible. This is not about the Windows version, but more about your RAM/HARD Drive speeds.

Also, if your PC had, prior to this install an on-board graphics chip then this can cause problems such as this which cannot often be fixed - try ensuring the onboard graphics is switched off on the BIOS if you can.
