Problem for Kenmore EnviroSense 85501 Air Purifier
Filter light doesn't turn off after replacing filter.
Earlier today I replaced the filter for my Kenmore 85501 air purifier for the first time. Several hours later, the "Filter" light is still illuminated. How do I make that light turn off?

- I eventually found the Kenmore EnviroSense True HEPA Air Cleaner Operator's Manual, which has the following information:OCCURRENCE
The CHANGE FILTER INDICATOR remains lit after replacing the filter cassette.
POSSIBLE CAUSE/SOLUTION
Press the FUNCTION and OFF TIMER buttons at the same time for five seconds. The CHANGE FILTER INDICATOR will flash five times and turn off
