Remove pot and reach under unit and lift the back and pull forward. if there is still lots of resistance try giving it a firm hit upward with your hand at the bottom rear of unit.

Thumping, bubbling noises when heating the water.

This may not actually be a problem, but normal noises associated with boiling water in an enclosed space. An awful lot of energy is released when water is boiled. My coffee maker does the same thing, but still makes fine coffee! The physical structure of your particular coffee maker may just be such that it's fairly audible; some coffee makers are just noisier than others. I know this doesn't change the behavior of the machine, but you may be able to live with the noise a little more knowing these things. Take care!

Order parts for 172165

Hello. If you are hoping to repair this and can see the crack that is causing the leak you can repair it with a marine grade epoxy. This can be found at Home Depot and most hardware stores. J.

How to dismount talea touch? diagram if possible

Hi there, Firstly move the tray down at the lowest, remove the bean hopper, and then the coffee spout by pulling the knob and the screws inside . Pull the steam knob out.Now pull up the top cover from the back to free up the clips then from the frontpull , lift the front part over the spout housing.Disconnect wires and sensor from the lid and leave aside. Study the clips how they were fit into the frame.
Now you will assess the screws for the side cover to remove and the machine is all yours to work on it.
To close the cover firstly make sure the top part is positioned behind the lcd screen and pull down the front to engage the clips then tap the top to sit behind the screen. Align the top and press it down to clip into.
Hope it helps.

Black and Decker space maker coffeemaker

I posted this for Chiefbvf earlier: The thermal cutoff switch part number is 36TMH0110603L320-32F (cuts off between 320 and 332F), which I can't find for sale. There is a slightly different one available, however, which cuts off between 315 and 350F, but I can't find an outlet that sells singles. If you can find someone who sells individual parts with serial no: 36TMH0110539L315-50F let me know.

Need to know the correct tamper size for a Breville 800ESXL ??

I found this one on ebay:

the 50mm side works perfect for the Breville 800ESXL and the material matches the machine. It takes up less space than the original spoon/tamper combination and sits nicely on the warming surface when not in use.

Red lamp 20 seconds after start

Before dismounting, I had the fabulous idea to clean for calcium (I don't know the word in English). Each 20 seconds, process stopped with red lamp. After 20 cycles (20 seconds pumping, error, 1 minute waiting, reset), problem was solved. Afterward, a complete clean cycle, and that's all.
May the force be with you,
