Question about T-Mobile Cell Phones
I suggest going down to a cell phone store and picking up a new charger and hope that solves the problem, if not then take it back to the place where you got the phone from and send it back to your service provider for repairs. if your on a plan then request a loaner phone until your phone is returned.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
