Im going to guess that your wireless router is a "wireless-n". If it is then you will have to go into your router settings and change it to either G and N or just G as the DSi does not support the wireless-n configuration.
If thats not your issue then give me a message and I will do my best to help you out.

You need to get your hubs wireless settings up, to do this type bthomehub.home in the address bar of your internet browser, you will then be propted for your hubs username and password which can be found on the back of the hub unless you changed it in which case you will have to use those instead.
Click on settings and choose wireless-
Make sure you have the following settings applied:
1) Interface type: 802.11b, g or n (as far as im aware the DSi wont work with n so either have the mixed (b,g or n) or just b)
2) Encryption Type: TKIP
3) Authentication: WEP or WPA
First try the WPA as its more secure but if you have no luck try the WEP with a 128 bit key first and if it don't work try a 64 bit key.
Hope this helps, any further problems feel free to contact me via my profile page and I will do my best to help you.

This error message is typically caused by WEP Key issues. Please read the following information:
1. Check Nintendo's router info for special notes, if available, for your router.
2. Are you using WEP security on your router?
3. Check to see if your router is using MAC filtering.

you need to have a WEP encrypted WiFi connection. (Or unsecured.)
Or you can use one of these.
