Hello,
There are 2 items that you need to pay close attention to is the air gaps;
1. Air gap of the points, and
2. Air gap between the permanent magnet and the pick up coil.
Use the manual to determine the proper gap size.

Good Luck,

How to change ignition

To change the ignition is a simple 2 bolt removal. Sand with a very fine emory cloth the mounting location.This insures a good ground contact between the ignition and cylinder. Then make sure you set the proper air gap between the ignition and flywheel.This is the most important part. You can get the air gap from you Service Manual. Tighten the bolts down to proper torque, hook up your lead wire and ground for switch and your good to go.

HOW TO TEST IGNITION COIL ON A POULAN CHAIN SAW MODEL 2000? ALSO WHAT IS THE AIR GAP ADJUSTMENT FOR THE SAME?

You may need to use a jumper wire between the threaded part of the plug and the cooling fins. You do not have to bend up the electrode.

Ignition module gap
Place a business or index card between the fly wheel and coil, rotate until the magnetic attraction pulls everything tight together. Tighten the coil screws, rotate the flywheel until the attraction eases and remove the card. Ensure nothing contacts when the flywheel is rotated.

Doesn't want to start. Replace carb and ran for few seconds, Make you think that it is not getting gas, but pouring gas into spark plug does not help and drying spark plug dose not help. Spark appears...

The spark should be blue and snappy. Try a new plug--any help? If not, it may need a new ignition module. Check the flywheel magnets--they should be quite strong. The module gap with the magnets underneath the poles should be about business card thickness. Check the air cleaner and muffler for plugging. Hope this gets it running!

What is distance from coil to stator 14 in. poulan chain saw

I think you are asking for gap between the fly wheel and the ignition module. A business or index card works great. 0.1 - 0.3 mm. GL

Poulan saw wont start has spark and fuel

Look for a pinched/bare stop-switch wire (I assume that you don't have spark now). Also, check the ignition coil core gap to the flywheel magnets (I use card stock to set the gap). Make sure the plug wire was not damaged again.
