Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Tascam 322 Deck A plays for 2 seconds then auto reverses, exactly the same happens again. This keeps continuing until it either chews the tape or I press stop. It does it on ALL tapes I have tried. Forward and reverse work. The belt has been recently replaced however the fault was present BEFORE the belt was replaced. I cannot see anything obvious.Help!

Try replacing the belt, because when the belt is a bit old it looses its elasticity and it can't drive the whole thing properly.Tape A and Tape B works independently.
