picture is snowy useing cable on regular antenna it works fine. if you pull on the cable connection on the back of tv you can get it to work. I think the tuner inside the tv has a bad gound but am not certain on how to fix it. I would by a new board (ctc187cn3) but is no longer availible. if any ideas on how to safely repair tuner please help.
