Question about Ovens
Our new kitchen has just been fitted with a NEFF B1422 oven circotherm. But even before we did the initial burn off function there is a fan continually blowing from what seems to be some vents in the top door opening.
We have tried turning the whole thing off and restarting everything up again, but to no avail and have done two lots of cooking in it, but the fan still carries on continuously. It has now been running solid for at least 48 hours!!!
We have one of the Steam ovens above and the B1422 below, which have been fitted by our wonderful kitchen fitter with some 20 or so years of fitting ovens, kitchens etc.
I cannot find a NEFF customer support or troubleshooting site for NEFF so I hope someone here can help please.
Thanks in anticipation

SOURCE: Fan runs for hours after use
The fan is in place to cool the electronics it will run after the unit is off it is possible you have a bad sensor on the fan circuit leaving it to run too long

assuming its a stainless stell oven? if so heres the par tyou need its a membrane switch( your cancel button ceased to operate corrrect???not a bad part to install you need to remove a few screws from under control panel itself( perhaps a few on the sides, the front control will lift off and this part is installed from behind the control panel (SHUT THE BREAKER(S))
part number 9756595ES
in the mean time instead of shuttin off the breaker toreset you can simply( requires reading manual ) set your oven to time bake. it will shut off automatically after predetermined time has been obtained.

Testimonial: "worked, thanks"
SOURCE: 3rd blown element
no connection between lights on fan. problem is that bulbs these days are poor quality (but cheap)
it is common for these circular elements to go. usually last about 2 years. worth checking tho that fan is turning at right speed
