It sounds like you may have some corrupted data on your hard drive. The link below will help you address this. If you still have trouble then you are having a hardware problem with the system.

Cant stay online

just with this EA game? or with other EA and non-EA games? if you just experience this with one specific game, try doing these: 1.) Try using another GamerTag. If you only experiencing this with one GamerTag, delete your Gamer Profile (make sure you delete, "Profile Only"), Recover GamerTag and after recovering it, Clear System Cache. To do so, go to your Memory menu, scroll to your Hard Drive (just highlight it, don't select it) then choose Device Options (press Y-Button). Restart your console. Play the game. Now, if you encounter this with another account or GamerTag, do # 2. 2.) Check your Hard Drive for any corrupted files. A corrupted file is indicated by a Yellow Triangle w/ an Exclamation Point in it. Make sure you check all the folders in your Hard Drive for that. Delete all corrupted files. If it is a Downloadable Content, you can redownload that content under Download History in your Account Management menu. After deleting the corrupted file/s, Clear System Cache, irregardless if you found any or no corrupted files. 3.) Check your NAT Type, if you are using a router. Your NAT Type should be Open. If you have Modern Warfare 2, try to do a online match, and it will say to you what NAT Type do you have. If you are going to have Moderate or Strict for your NAT Type, you need to open the gaming ports on your router.

Why doesn't my controller work on my pc for modern warfare 2 the game

Most latest games for PC do not support Logitech gamepads by default. There are various reasons to it, but using Logitech's Profiler software you can get your gamepad to work with any game. I help people make "profiles" for their games. All you have to do is download them, read the instructions and start playing. I ve already made one for Modern Warfare 2.... here's the download link:

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1 & 2 Rumblepad 2, Dual Action and Precision Gamepad Setup

Enjoy.

Well my problem is i think there is something wrong with my playstation3 because when i make a profile in multiplayer in call of duty modern warfare 2 i play on it for awhile then my data gets corrupted...

It sounds like you are having a problem with your hard drive. With the PS3 the profile info is saved there. Now the PS3 uses a standard hard drive so if you have access to a computer I would connect the drive and then format the drive. Then I would reconnect the drive to the system and let the PS3 resetup the drive. The reason for this you may have gotten a bad sector on the drive that has the PS3 system files on it which for corrupted. Running the format will close out the bad sector. After you do this and still have trouble then you will have to replace the drive. Note if you are still in warranty then I would call Sony first to see if they can get you fixed under warranty.

Hope this helps

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for PS3. Getting

if you have a usb flash drive.
copy your game save files to it and delete the whole game including the saved games.

re-install and you should still have your saved game on the usb stick

copy this over and it should work.

if its the game save itself that is corrupted, then i'm afraid you have to start the game over again

Search 'how to copy ps3 game saves' and you'll find plenty of good step by step instuctions
