I did some searching and didn't come across much in the way of lift kits for your car. I found air-ride suspension setups which will allow you to raise it somewhat, but those aren't really meant for rock-crawling. To be honest though, your vehicle isn't really meant for it either (very few are - notable vehicles that are honestly meant for that stuff are the Jeep Wranglers and various Land/Range Rovers). The manufacturers make all kinds of claims about off-road abilities, but since the vast majority of owners never go farther offroad than their driveways, there really isn't much emphasis put into the design of SUVs anymore for offroading.

I did find one site that had a ton of items for your vehicle, and you can check it out here (this is their subpage meant directly for your car):

http://www.slickcar.com/accessories/santafe_accessories.asp

You could page through and see what they have, and you can always call them and see if they can sell you offroading gear, or refer you to someone who does. I doubt you'd be the first person that has asked them and I'm sure someone makes the gear for your truck.

Iam wanting to purchase a 2005 santa fe 2.7motor.the vehicle i road tested the oil light stays on

either low oil pressure or oil pressure switch faulty.Get it tested before purchasing as low oil pressure would have caused some wear and tear in the engine. If just a faulty switch then should'nt be a big deal.Get a compression test done also.

Low pick on uphill slope and low pick up with AC too

hello sir.

low pick up on uphill and low pick up with AC ON.

these both r general physics problem, due to the higher downforce on uphill the car will b having low pick up. n with AC 'ON' the AC will b using a part of fuel supply engine, hence with higher power on the AC, larger is the fuel sucked from the engine supply. hence the lesser is the fuel supply top the engine, thus low power output.

i requst u to please check your car performance with the car of same type, on the sane road, by yourself, then conclude that your car is not performing,

it happens with the age of the car too, with long run, ur car cluthes will b damaged, ur carborator, with low tire pressue, with low quality radiator oil, ur car engine may rise the temperature, thus reducing this power output.

surely their is no problem with your car.

a general check up with a local mechanic will surely fix it sir.

thank u .

if my soultion helped u, then plz give me a feedback.

Hyundai santa fe 03 running problems

If your Santa Fe has a V6 engine 2.7L , it sounds like you have an ignition break down happening. You will need to renew all the ignition wires and check the two coils also for arcing .
