I know nothing of your unit, but I've never let that stop me before??.

Sounds like a sensor is stuck in the "tray full" position and popping an error message based upon what "it" is detecting.

OK, how does the unit know from "full tray" (what ever that means). I'm a big believer in problems being created by dirt, crud and in your case, coffee grounds. Unless the sensor (switch?) itself has failed, I'll bet there is debris fouling the system.

Find the "full tray" (what ever that means ??) sensing mechanism and clean/replace it and I'll bet you will solve the problem.

Check if the alignment piece of plastic that guide the blank paper on the right of the printer is fully pushed to the right of the printer ?

If the ice maker mold is empty try adding some water. Wait. If a batch of ice pops out then water valve replacement is in order. If it fails to pop out a bit of ice then the ice maker is bad. I have more information on a page I created HERE

Check the toners are not empty. The printer only estimates how much it thinks should be left, there is a possibilty one is empty. this is best done by removing each toner in turn and checking that the hopper in the drum is full to level with the sponge surrounding it. Next check are the toner sensors. These are small and located to the right of each toner cartridge in the wall of the printer, one could be dirty creating the error and not allowing the printer to start up completely, causing the scanner connection to fail and giving you "Failed to get printer information". On this model the scanner and printer are essentially separate units joined by a USB cable.

If the hard drive is full, clear some space.(run disk clean up)

locate and empty the TEMP folder.

Then

1. Click Start. Point to Settings, then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the System icon in Control Panel.
3. Click the Environment tab in the System Properties dialog box.
4. In the Variable edit field, type TEMP.
5. In the Value edit field, type the folder name that will receive temporary files. For example, C:\TEMP (if the TEMP folder exists on drive C).
6. Click OK.

well the first question i would ask is how you are transfering music and video to the ipod. The reason i ask is because it sounds like you are not using itunes. itunes is the only way to actually put content on any ipod. with all that said when using itunes connect the ipod witht he provided cable and push the restore button on the summary screen for the ipod which should appear in itunes when you plug in the ipod to the computer you are using. after it restores you can try adding music and a video and see what happens

I deleted event planer before I reinstalled the program again and it worked.

Just delete the wordpad.exe in "C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories" and then rename the wordpad.backup to wordpad.exe

PS. would be a good job to copy wordpad.backup, just in case something goes wrong tomorrow or another day ;-)

This might probably help, see the Diagnostic description, Patch etc... to download, havn't tried it yet but maybe its the solution for errors.
